Last Saturday

Hello chaps,

Thanks to everyone for making the second birthday of London Loves such a splendiferous triumph. We got in Time Out magazine again - with our listing describing us as the 'least pretentious indie club in London', incidentally - and so, after a slow start, things got wonderfully busy and joyous after 11pm. We went on till some foolish time of the morning - I was definitely still Djing at 2.40am, before handing over to Joe for his increasingly customary after-hours reggae & ska set - and I managed to play a whole kaboodle of requests (though sadly I wasn't able to play 'I don't want to miss a thing' - definitely the most esoteric request of the night). Hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did.

I'd like to put out a big shout of love and hugs to those who have supported us over the years: you know who you are. I love you all, with shiny bells on.

Slightly terrifying photos will be on the site soon, and the next London Loves is on Saturday 1st of July. Hope to see you all down there.
